Writers as Readers

When I read I feel most comfortable reading books that I can relate to or that keep my attention and are full of action. I love books that are realistic to books that are so far out there that couldn't ever happen in a million years.
I love realistic fiction. I like being able to read about a story of someone's life that I could almost relate to. I like books that talk about teenagers life and how they have to push through the crazy things in life. It just makes more sense to read something I can relate to and that it can help me in my life reading something I cant.
I write like Dan Brown the author of the Da Vinci Code.
When I read the book twilight, it may sound strange, but I could relate to Bella because she was trying to figure out what she really wanted. She was being torn in so many different directions that she had a hard time making a decision. I have felt like that a lot in my life.
I picked up Hunger Games and was really excited to read through it. It was full of adventure and love and all sorts of different things. I couldn't help but keep reading it. I have had some books that were just really hard to read that I just dragged through though. I don't know any in particular.
My mom taught me how to read. I remember being one of the only kids in kindergarten who knew how to read, because my mom had taught me. I remember it being difficult at first, but then easy and fun.
I remember reading a old book I forgot the name, but it was about Jack and Jill. The books where made up of simple sentences, and it was the first book my dad read when he was little too.
My favorite book I remember reading is Twilight, because it was one of the fist books I read that really brought a interest to me and made me keep reading. It was so different from any other book I had ever read which made it even better.
My favorite book series is the Junie B Jones books. I remember reading them before I went to bed at night, and I would love reading them because it was always a new story about her day at school or on the bus, or anything a little kid wanted to do.
When I finished the book Hate List I was angry afterwards because, the book was so good from the beginning and then got really boring after about the first half. It was really hard to finish and the ending was somewhat boring.
I believe that books can change your interest. I never thought I would enjoy twilight, but I did really like it. I enjoyed reading all about the vampires and werewolf's, which before I read it was stupid. It just depends on the writer and their writing style, because I know Stephanie Meyer really changed my interest.
When I write I usually don't envision my reader. I usually write for myself and my own thoughts and feelings because it is easiest for me to do. I  try not to offend anyone in my writing, but I don't base my writing off of what I think my reader will feel about my piece.
I feel like the more you read the better writer you become. Not just because of the grammar aspect of it, but from how your imagination grows. If you read more you get more ideas.
I though about writing a book about my life, but I don't know if I want people to know all about me. I just think memoirs are so interesting.
