Objects of Insperation

When I was a little girl I really enjoyed being outside like what I do know. I was that kid who looked forward to recess everyday and would throw a fit when we had to go in. One of the things I really remembered though were me and my friends taking those little weed flowers and messing with them. We would sometimes make rings out of them, bracelets and necklaces. I will never forget one day I was playing on the monkey bars and this girl came up to me and gave me a necklace and we became best friends after that. There were so many memories on that playground that just that simple flower brought back to me. It was amazing at how easy life was when you where a little kid and how easy it was to please you. I remember we would always chase around the boys on the soccer field and try to sneak down the slide in a train because we knew the teachers would get mad at us. I remember me and my best friend Ireland doing the monkey bars over and over, and the swings everyday to see who could get the highest. When it came to the swings though you had to be first in line going out onto the playground because everyone wanted to be on the swings and me and Ireland always were. That playground is in many of my memories. I was always that child who had the fun birthday parties and I remember one in particular and it was on the same playground at school and it was princess themed. When I saw the princess sticker I immediately thought of my birthday party and my favorite part was my princess piñata, and crown. I had all of the kids in my kindergarten class there like most kids did when they where little, and it was so much fun! I remember one of my best friends he was there and all my friends would tease me of how we were going to get married! I still laugh to this day when I see him because I was so close to him and it is crazy how much we have grown up. Those little childhood memories have always stuck no matter how old I am. I had one of the best childhoods with amazing friends and a lot of them I can still say are my friends! Another thing the princess sticker reminded me of is Ireland, because she was so silly and always had a tiara! Every birthday she had in elementary you could count on her having a tiara in her hair and everyone thought it was so cool. Back then she was defiantly a princess and still is. I look back on all of my memories with her and can say that she really is the best friend I could have ever asked for and it is amazing how through all these years we have stuck together! It amazes me how such a simple object can bring back so many countless memories of my childhood. It makes me think of how blessed I was to have such a fun childhood with amazing friends and family! I really do love thinking of those years and have lots of thanks to give to my mom and dad for making me such a spoiled kid!

I Am Poem

I am a girl,only one in family. I am a hard worker from a 3 bedroom house, and homecooked meals. I am a daughter who misses the hugs, soft spoken I love you's and the goodnights. I am a teenager missing her father. I am a swimmer who gives all she's got. I am a goal stiving motivated, heard headed cluts. I am a friend who loves to have fun. I am keeping things interesting, making people laugh, and never allowing silence. I am cheesy smiles and crazy memories. I am not caring about what people think, and being myself. I am friendly and loud. I am laughing till I cry. I am late nights studing, homework and projects. I am early morning workouts and afternoon naps. I am taking things day by day. I am me.
